I’m The Cat Daddy, Jackson Galaxy and I’m here to talk about My Cat from Hell, busting cat lady stereotypes, rescue and adoption, feral cats…and anything else you want to ask me about my life!

Jackson Galaxy, AKA The Cat Daddy, helps humans and cats understand one another on Animal Planet's hit series “My Cat From Hell”. In a special episode airing June 3, Jackson attempts to do his part to help the cat overpopulation crisis in Los Angeles by saving 50 kittens in danger of being killed at LA city shelters. For over 20 years, Jackson, a two-time New York Times best-selling author (Catification and Catify To Satisfy), has worked one-on-one with tens of thousands of cats in homes and in shelters to improve both their lives as well as the relationships between them and their guardians. A shelter worker himself for the better part of a decade, Jackson works with one goal in mind - to prevent cat guardians from giving up their cats and contributing to already overcrowded shelters and to bring an end to the killing in those shelters. To this end, and to help shine a light on the humans who help the animals, Jackson began the Jackson Galaxy Foundation. His programs like Cat Pawsitive, Operation Homeward Bound and the Monthly Mojo promotion are bringing awareness and saving lives.Jackson’s new book, Total Cat Mojo: The Ultimate Guide to Life with your Cat, goes on sale October 31st.Proof: http://ift.tt/2sj5Yj4 will be here to answer your questions at 12pm PT/3pm ET via /r/cats http://ift.tt/2qFkKzl
